You were formed for God’s family. The entire Bible is the story of God building a family wherein they experience love, acceptance and forgiveness. Because God is love, he treasures relationships. And because we’re learning to be like him, we’re learning how to live in community. This isn’t always easy in a culture that stresses individualism and independence.

Since we stress community, we call ourselves a fellowship rather than a church. We’re ordinary people from many walks of life, far from perfect, displaying common human weaknesses and limitations; yet, together we accomplish great things that we could not do on our own.

Within this community we connect with each other in order to grow spiritually, to cry and to laugh together through the ups and downs of life.
